On September 28 WM ADASS joined up with TSA, the Housing LIN and TLAP to stage a conference around housing and social care
Speakers focussed on opportunities arising from the social care reform white paper People at the Heart of Care and the funding available to suppot innovation in housing for people with care needs.
A diverse audience of housing, social care and technology professionals, people with lived experience and providers of care and support gathered at the Aston Villa football ground.
The video gives a flavour of the event and the enthusiasm and optimism generated, but look out for other short videos that will be published soon, looking in more detail at key themes from the conference including: the Housing Innovation Fund; digital opportunities; lived experience and the coproduction of homes; and where to find resources, learning and tools.
