Starting four years ago, Walsall’s health and care organisations prioritised relationships over formal structures. Now the results are starting to speak for themselves.
Walsall Together, which is unusual in that the main local housing provider whg Housing is a key partner, was formalised in April of 2019.
This programme outlines how it works and the difference it is already making for residents of the West Midlands borough.
