The health of people who live in poor or insecure housing is disproportionately affected, with consequences for them, and knock on effects for local health and care systems.
Social landlords like whg Housing tend to be close those living in deprived areas where health inequalities are high. Where they are able to work in partnership with NHS and local authority providers, as in the Walsall Together Partnership, they can contribute significantly to improving local health outcomes.
